First built in 1962 with extensive UPdates starting in 1980, the initial structure was a small cabin housing a single bedroom and kitchen, now the primary bedroom and entryway.

"The Fox Dune" continues to see ongoing renovations to this day with a new pool deck and upper decks built in the last two seasons. 

The one thing that has remained constant is its purpose in providing a safe space for queer friends and family to congregate and enjoy life together.
